NASCAR on NBC Analyst, Jeff Burton will be on site to celebrate! 250 tickets will be distributed at 7:30 am on March 21st for the Jeff Burton autograph session at the new store in Albemarle. Tickets are limited to one (1) per customer. Autograph session will start at 10 am.
Retail Strategies has partnered with Albemarle, North Carolina for the past four years to assist with their retail recruitment efforts. Their recruitment efforts were assisted by ElectriCities, which partners with Retail Strategies in North Carolina.
The North Carolina portfolio team of Wesley Vaughn and Jordan Williams have talked to Ollie’s Bargain Outlet about Albemarle and available retail spaces in the market throughout the course of our partnership. Ollie’s will open in a former Rack Room Shoes space, which was the last remaining space in the center. Retail Strategies has also helped recruit retailers such as Roses Express, Hwy 55, Farmer’s Furniture, and Verizon to Albemarle. These retail openings have helped spur economic development and improve quality of life in the community.
