Ashton Rosen our Communications Manager, and the central point for keeping our city partners in the know. He takes the pulse of our Retail Development Coordinators and Portfolio Directors, transforming their on-the-groundwork into clear and insightful reports delivered to all of our client cities across the country. These reports offer a transparent look at the retail and restaurant brands we’re engaging with, including the valuable feedback those businesses share about each local market.
Beyond these essential reports, Ashton also keeps a keen eye on the bigger picture, identifying emerging trends in the macro-economy, retail, and restaurant sectors at both state and national levels. He’s also deeply involved in a wide range of data analysis and research, always looking for innovative ways to improve our strategies, particularly by exploring the potential of the latest advancements in Artificial Intelligence.
Ashton’s journey with Retail Strategies began during an internship, where he first gained valuable experience in the retail real estate world, with an initial focus on bringing new retail to our Midwest clients. A double graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, he earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Entrepreneurship. Driven by a commitment to continuous learning, Ashton will be returning to UAB to pursue his MBA in Business Analytics.
When he’s not immersed in the world of commercial real estate, Ashton enjoys the creative outlet of photography and the fast-paced excitement of Formula 1 racing.
