As Manager of the Western Territory, Madison oversees day-to-day operations within the Fort Worth office and focuses on retail recruitment and development efforts across Texas. He specializes in identifying retail, restaurant, and hospitality concepts to fill product and service gaps within client communities’ trade areas. His primary role is to leverage relationships within the brokerage and development community to support retailer expansion and manage the Texas portfolio.
Prior to joining the Retail Strategies team, Madison worked in residential real estate with RealtySouth and Keller Williams in Birmingham, gaining hands-on experience in contract negotiation and property marketing. Before entering real estate, he spent several years in the banking industry as a financial services representative for NBC Bank.
Originally from Birmingham, Madison earned his bachelor’s degree in advertising and communications from the University of Alabama. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, hunting, hiking, watching college football, and spending time with friends and family. He is an active member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham and serves on the Junior Board of Red Mountain Park.
