Shelton Clevenger is a Retail Development Associate focused on prospecting retailers on behalf of clients across Central and North Alabama and Florida. In his role, Shelton works to identify opportunities, build relationships, and support retail expansion strategies for clients.
Before joining the team, Shelton gained hands-on experience in sales and business operations, most recently managing day-to-day operations for a Birmingham-based staffing company. There, he worked closely with clients, supported business development efforts, and helped grow revenue through consistent outreach and relationship building.
Shelton earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Auburn University at Montgomery. A former college athlete, he brings a disciplined, team-oriented approach to his work and values clear communication, accountability, and steady progress in everything he does.
Outside of work, Shelton enjoys being outdoors, watching sports, playing golf, and spending time on the lake with friends and family.
