BIRMINGHAM, AL (August 18, 2022) – Bainbridge, Georgia has chosen Retail Strategies to develop and execute a retail recruitment strategy on behalf of the city. This partnership will be essential in strengthening community growth and economic development. The city will receive a tailored retail recruitment plan and proactive retail and broker outreach by the Retail Strategies team.
“Bainbridge has strong population and employment growth, and the city is motivated to attract new companies to our community,” said Chris Hobby, city manager of Bainbridge. “After conversations with Retail Strategies, it was evident they can get results in markets like ours. We know there is opportunity to diversity the retail and restaurant mix in Bainbridge, and Retail Strategies is the right partner to guide that effort.”

Through the new partnership, Retail Strategies will perform a real estate market analysis of the businesses located in Bainbridge and identify areas of opportunity. The Retail Strategies team will work with community leaders to help them understand their market and highlight opportunities for development and business recruitment.
Additionally, the team at Retail Strategies will make outreach to new businesses, property owners, brokers and developers on behalf of Bainbridge. This fall during the ICSC Southeast conference, Retail Strategies will represent real estate opportunities to the retail community.
