BIRMINGHAM, AL (February 13, 2020) – Bartlett, Tenn., has expanded their partnership with Retail Strategies to focus on community design and redevelopment for the unique Bartlett Station area. Retail Strategies’ newest offering for its client communities, Downtown Strategies, includes a strategic visioning workshop and strategic plan specific to the downtown or town center area.

As part of the Strategic Visioning Workshop, an in-market workshop will be held where Bartlett Station stakeholders, merchants and community leaders will provide input, and primary research, combined with an independent market analysis, will lead to a strategic plan that can be executed in the immediate term, as well as over the next three to five years.
