BIRMINGHAM, AL (February 21, 2025) – The Town of Boiling Springs continues to strengthen its commitment to strategic retail development through its partnership with Retail Strategies, a national retail consulting firm. Following the successful completion of Phase 1 discovery and market analysis in late 2024, the partnership has advanced to active retail recruitment.

Retail Strategies has now entered the full recruitment phase, actively connecting with targeted retailers, developers, and brokers identified through their comprehensive market analysis. The firm will represent Boiling Springs at the upcoming ICSC Charlotte event in March, showcasing the town’s retail opportunities to industry decision-makers.
