Birmingham, AL – July 24, 2026 – Retail Strategies has been named the #1 Best Place to Work in the Small Size Business category by the Birmingham Business Journal, marking the first time in our 15 year history that we’ve claimed the top spot.
The Best Places to Work program, conducted by Quantum Workplace on behalf of the Birmingham Business Journal, surveys employees anonymously and scores companies on leadership accessibility, compensation, perks, and overall workplace culture. The finalists were honored at a gameday themed event on July 23rd, where category winners were announced live.
We’re proud to share the celebration with our sister company, Retail Specialists, which landed at #6 in its category this year. Two companies under one roof, both recognized among Birmingham’s best, is a testament to the culture we’ve worked hard to build across our entire team.
Retail Strategies has been named to this list in the past, but in our 15 years, this is the first time the company has come in first Thank you to our team members who make Retail Strategies a great place to work every single day.
