in Spokane Valley, Washington
We are thrilled to announce the groundbreaking of Dave & Buster’s in Spokane Valley, Washington! This new construction represents a huge win for the community and highlights the power of strategic retail economic development.
A New Retailer for Spokane Valley
Construction of the 25,000-square-foot entertainment venue is expected to be completed in summer or fall of 2025. Texas-based Dave & Buster’s opened its first location in Dallas in 1982 and has since grown to over 140 locations worldwide.

What Dave & Buster’s Brings to Spokane Valley:
- Employment opportunities – creating jobs across roles like service, management, maintenance, and operations
- Tax revenue generation – contributing to local tax base through sales tax, property tax, and other business taxes
- Entertainment options – providing family-friendly arcade games, sports viewing, and dining under one roof, reducing need to travel to larger cities for similar entertainment
- Economic ripple effects – attracting complementary businesses, increasing foot traffic to nearby establishments, and potentially spurring additional development in the area
Community Partnership in Action
Spokane Valley’s long-standing partnership with Retail Strategies has proven instrumental in bringing Dave & Buster’s to Eastern Washington.

We look forward to the continued growth and prosperity this new business brings to Spokane Valley!
