Lisle, Illinois Partners with Retail Strategies to Boost Economic Development

BIRMINGHAM, AL (September 24, 2024) – The Village of Lisle, Illinois has taken a significant step towards enhancing its retail and commercial business landscape by partnering with Retail Strategies, a leading national community development firm. This collaboration will develop and execute a tailored retail recruitment plan, addressing the expressed desires of Lisle residents for increased shopping and dining options.

  • Conducting a real estate market analysis to identify prime areas for retail development
  • Defining the retail trade area and highlighting opportunities for business recruitment
