Pearl, MS, Selects Retail Strategies as Retail Recruitment and Downtown Revitalization Partner

BIRMINGHAM, AL (August 20, 2019) – Pearl, Miss., has partnered with Retail Strategies to assist with market analysis and recruitment of retail, restaurant and hospitality brands, as well as revitalization of their downtown through Retail Strategies’ newest program, Downtown Strategies. Located on the east side of the Pearl River from the state capital of Jackson, Pearl is a growing community and is the 13^th largest city in the state and the largest city in Rankin County.

Through the new partnership, Retail Strategies will perform a market analysis of the businesses located in Rankin County and identify areas of opportunity with expanding businesses. The Retail Strategies team will work with city leaders to help them understand their market and real estate development opportunities. Most importantly, the commercial real estate professionals at Retail Strategies will proactively reach out to potential businesses, property owners, brokers and developers on behalf of the county. The city will also undergo a two day, in-market Strategic Visioning Workshop, as part of their downtown revitalization efforts.
