BIRMINGHAM, AL (June 23, 2021) – Seguin, Texas has selected Retail Strategies to provide data and analytics as well as proactive outreach and recruitment. This partnership will include trade area and demographic data, and a real estate analysis along with identifying retail prospects. Located in South Texas, Seguin has a solid industrial base with a population of around 30,000 people.
