The partnership starts with a market analysis and boots on the ground approach, assessing the existing businesses and commercial real estate developments in Seymour. The Retail Strategies team will work with city leaders to help them understand their market potential and specific opportunities for retail and restaurant development. The commercial real estate professionals at Retail Strategies will proactively reach out to potential businesses, property owners, brokers, and developers on behalf of the city as an ongoing effort to execute the retail recruitment strategy.
