Summerdale, Alabama Partners with Retail Strategies

BIRMINGHAM, AL (October 31, 2019) – Summerdale, Alabama has chosen Retail Strategies to handle retail and restaurant recruitment on behalf of the town. Summerdale is located in Baldwin County and is a short drive from the beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It is home to the Naval Outlying Field Summerdale, a military-use airport and is part of the Daphne-Fairhope-Foley Metropolitan Statistical Area. According to the latest census, Summerdale has grown 75%, making it the fastest growing MSA in Baldwin County and the 3rd fastest in the state of Alabama.

Through this partnership, the Retail Strategies team will work hand in hand with town leaders to help them understand their trade area and opportunities for real estate development. Retail Strategies will perform a market analysis of the businesses located in Summerdale and identify areas of opportunity with businesses expanding into the Alabama market.
