As Director of Marketing, Drew oversees the strategy, execution, and measurement of Retail Strategies’ marketing initiatives. He partners with business development and recruitment teams to ensure the company’s story is told consistently across digital campaigns, events, and sales enablement efforts. Drew is responsible for brand positioning, demand generation, and thought leadership programs that drive visibility and growth for both Retail Strategies and the communities it serves.
Before joining Retail Strategies, Drew held senior marketing roles across the energy, manufacturing, and technology sectors. At Rockwell Automation, he managed global campaigns and digital sales tools to support new customer acquisition. As Director of Marketing at HData, he developed integrated strategies that expanded the sales pipeline and built investor awareness. During his six years at Altec, Inc., Drew directed marketing communications initiatives for major product and service launches, leading a team of professionals to deliver measurable impact.
Drew earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from The University of Alabama and his MBA from the University of Alabama-Birmingham. He has also completed executive development programs with The Chief Marketing Institute and served as President of the Birmingham Chapter of the American Marketing Association.
Outside of the office, Drew calls Hoover, Ala., home, where he enjoys life with his wife, Sara, and their three boys. A proud Birmingham native, he is active in community initiatives and youth sports, combining his passion for leadership with his love of family and local roots.
