As Portfolio Director, Madison specializes in retail recruitment and development in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Nebraska (Southwest). He focuses on the identification of retail, restaurant, and hospitality companies to fill the product and service gaps within each of his client community’s trade area. His primary role is to leverage industry relationships with the brokerage and development community to assist retailers’ expansion efforts.
Prior to joining the Retail Strategies team, Madison worked in residential real estate for both RealtySouth & Keller Williams in Birmingham where he gained hands-on experience in the real estate industry negotiating contracts and marketing properties. Before getting into real estate, Madison spent several years in the banking industry, where he served as a financial services representative for NBC Bank.
Originally from Birmingham, Madison attended the University of Alabama, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in advertising & communications. In his spare time, Madison enjoys traveling, hunting, hiking, watching college football, and spending time with his friends and family. He is an active member of the Rotaract Club of Birmingham, as well as a member of the Junior Board at Red Mountain Park.
