BIRMINGHAM, AL (May 12, 2026) – The Town of Hudson, Colorado has partnered with Retail Strategies, a national retail recruitment and economic development firm, to develop and execute a targeted retail recruitment strategy for the community. The partnership will leverage Retail Strategies’ data-driven approach and national retailer relationships to capitalize on Hudson’s prime position along the rapidly growing I-76 corridor, just north of Denver International Airport.
Hudson, a community of approximately 1,640 residents, has seen significant growth momentum in recent years – including the recent opening of a new Tractor Supply Co. location and the annexation of 1,100 acres tied to the relocation of Bandimere Speedway.
“Retail Strategies has a proven process that has delivered results for communities across the country, and I’m confident it will do the same for Hudson,” said Bryce Lange, Town Manager for the Town of Hudson. “We’re excited to have them serve as an extension of our team as we work to match the retail opportunity in this corridor with the right tenants for our community.”
