ICSC Next Generation Leadership Network

ICSC (Innovating Commerce Serving Communities) has named Jenn Gregory, president of Downtown Strategies, and Joe Strauss, vice president of development, to the Next Generation Leadership Network (NGLN) class of 2022-2024. Members of the new class were chosen based on leadership, creativity, and vision needed to advance their organizations and the Marketplaces Industry. The class was nominated by a diverse group, including ICSC trustees and members at-large, in recognition of contributions and potential to lead the industry in the future.

Community development is something that is constantly changing and I’m excited to be a voice for communities and downtowns in this network.”

Jenn is the president of Downtown Strategies, where her focus is on the revitalization of downtowns for our client communities. She advises communities on market analysis, tourism, economic vitality, and design updates for downtown areas.

“I’m excited to be joining the newest class of ICSC’s Next Generation Leadership Network,” said Joe Strauss, CCIM, vice president of development. “I’m excited to bring real estate knowledge to this network of marketplace leaders. I look forward to representing our team with this nomination.”

Joe is the vice president of development for Retail Strategies, where he specializes in retail recruitment and focuses on the identification of companies to fill the product and service gaps within our client city’s trade areas.
