As client services manager, Taylor provides assistance to Downtown Strategies and Small Business Support client communities. She serves as the main point of contact for clients, managing a busy schedule of touchpoints, trainings, and deliverables. She has recently obtained her real estate license to continue her growth in commercial real estate.
Prior to joining the team, Taylor worked as a social media coordinator and started her own videography business. She is a graduate of Auburn University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing.
Outside of work Taylor enjoys being with friends and family and keeping up with her dog, Nash. She is always ready to plan a trip or up for a new adventure.
